Why This Trade Would Benefit The Los Angeles Clippers

The Los Angeles Clippers were eliminated in seven games last season by the Denver Nuggets. They showed a lack of ability at the top of the offense and this is something that they will need to improve. They did not do so in the offseason so we trade makes the most sense.

During the postseason, Patrick Beverley was forced to take over the point guard position. He is a strong defender but not a starting-caliber guard for a team looking to win an NBA championship. Beverly would thrive coming off the bench if the Clippers are able to pick up another option.

Rozier is off to a hot start to the season. He would be the perfect option to team up with Kawhi Leonard and Paul George. This would give him a chance to compete with their crosstown rival come the postseason.

Los Angeles is clearly not afraid to make the big move given what they did last offseason with Kawhi Leonard and Paul George. They have showed that they need some more moving forward in this deal will point them in the right direction.
