The Philadelphia 76ers came into the season with a huge need from three-point range. That was a priority for Daryl Morey and new head coach Doc Rivers. Early on, it seems to be working out. On the other hand, Buddy Hield and the Sacramento Kings came into the season with a ton of question marks and still need to answer them.
The Sixers are off to a hot start and it is because their offense is finally well-balanced. They acquired both Danny Green and Seth Curry in offseason trades to improve their prowess from beyond the arc. Ben Simmons and Joel Embiid have players around them who complement their style of play and what they do well on the court.
However, there is a better shooter that could be available and the 76ers could look to add him.
The situation between Hield and the Kings has not been sorted out just yet. His name is still being thrown around in trade rumors with the regular season beginning. The Kings could look to be sellers in hopes of adding new pieces around De’Aaron Fox for years to come.
This trade would keep the 76ers near the top of the conference and give them another big name on the perimeter. Let’s take a look at what it might take to get a deal done.
