Dallas Mavericks

Sending Zach LaVine to the Dallas Mavericks would be great for both parties. Pairing up Luka Doncic and LaVine would be a ridiculous backcourt duo that could help the Mavericks go on a legitimate NBA Finals run.

A deal with the Mavericks could look something like this. The Mavericks would get Zach LaVine in exchange for Tim Hardaway Jr, Jalen Brunson, and a future first-round pick. Hardaway Jr. is having a strong season thus far and is already coming off a career-year— averaging 17.0 points, 4.0 rebounds, and 2.0 assists.

Brunson would provide the Chicago Bulls with some depth as he’s averaging 11.7 points per game, 2.6 rebounds per game, and 3.6 assists per game. He could provide a traditional point guard impact to provide balance in the backcourt.

LaVine would bring some swagger and urgency to the Mavericks who are looking to get back to the NBA Finals for the first time since 2011. A duo of Luka Doncic and Zach LaVine would take some pressure off of Doncic and put the Mavericks in a great position to win day in and day out.
