The Houston Rockets have been in rumors for many weeks regarding trades of their two NBA superstars. Well, Russell Westbrook has been sent to the Washington Wizards in exchange for John Wall. The Rockets could completely clean house and trade James Harden to the Sacramento Kings in a trade that looks something like this.
Both Westbrook and Harden voiced their displeasure with the current situation in Houston. They requested a trade and it is obvious that the new-look front office is interested in granting the requests. However, with Westbrook out of the picture, it makes one think if the Rockets will actually trade Harden.
If they do, the Kings could be on the other end. Buddy Hield is another disgruntled player in Sacramento and could be on his way out to better build around De’Aaron Fox. Hield has been in many rumors as well but nothing has come out of it just yet.
If he is truly available, there will be many teams interested in a sharpshooter of Hield’s caliber. He appears in need of a fresh start and being able to play alongside the intriguing talents on the Rockets’ roster could be a mutually beneficial option.
