The Golden State Warriors received some brutal news just ahead of the 2020 NBA Draft. Klay Thompson suffered a “bad” looking lower right leg injury during a pickup game. It seems likely that he could miss a good amount of time, which could force the Warriors to look at a potential trade with the Sacramento Kings to find a replacement.
We are barely past the NBA Draft, where the Warriors were able to snag James Wiseman with the No. 2 overall pick. Wiseman will give them the paint presence that they were desperately needing.

Hield has turned into a lethal three-point threat for the Kings. He averaged 19.2 points per game to go along with 4.6 rebounds and 3.0 assists last season. In addition to those numbers, he shot 39.4 percent from behind the three-point line.
Let’s take a look at a trade between the Warriors and Kings that could bring in a replacement for Klay Thompson.
