4 potential trades for the Chicago Bulls with the No. 4 pick

4. Trade Down To No. 8

The New York Knicks hold the No. 8 pick in the NBA Draft. When the Knicks are mentioned in context of trades, it’s usually for a top-two pick.

The Bulls are at No. 4, but if Tom Thibodeau and the Knicks become sold on a prospect other than LaMelo Ball at No. 4, perhaps he’d call his old team, the Bulls.

The Knicks would presumably love to add Ball, but it remains to be seen if he’s the only target they would be willing to move up for.

If the Knicks develop interest in the No. 4 pick, Chicago could capitalize by collecting another asset in return, in exchange for moving down four slots. This would be especially true if Ball fell to No. 4, but at this point that’d be a surprise.
