3. Brooklyn Nets
This is an ultimate dark-horse contender for Holiday. Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving will be back next season. This could put Jrue Holiday in a position to play off the ball on a team expected to compete in the East.
There were talks of the Nets being interested in Holiday prior to the shutdown. Nothing happened at that time, but there is a chance this offseason.
Brooklyn will have a completely new look on the court and on the sideline. Steve Nash is the new head coach and he has brought in some big assistants such as Mike D’Antoni.
The Nets have plenty of players that know how to win in the postseason. Holiday would serve as a depth move and give them an even better chance to come out of the Eastern Conference.
