The NBA Draft is set for November 18. This is just the first step in team’s improving for next season. There are plenty of stars who will be on the move this offseason for many reasons. That will make free agency and the trade market unpredictable.

There are many financial ramifications carrying over from the shutdown. Fans were unable to attend and the ratings were much lower.

That all adds up to teams losing financial assets and the salary cap remains a big question mark. Many teams will look to dump salary while others could choose to take some on if they have some space.
