NBA Mock Draft: Picks 21-25

21. Philadelphia 76ers — Tyrese Maxey, G, Kentucky

There are two highly contrasting lines of thinking when it comes to evaluations of Tyrese Maxey. As an undersized combo guard, there are key areas where he must improve in the NBA. The 76ers will have the time to be able to refine his skill-set.

22. Denver Nuggets — Josh Green, G, Arizona

There isn’t much need for the Nuggets to add more prospects when considering how much young talent they’ve brought into their organization in recent years. Going with an athlete that can be developed like Josh Green would be a potential option.

23. Utah Jazz — Cole Anthony, G, North Carolina

Mike Conley is not going to be a long-term solution at point guard for the Jazz with him being 33-years-old. Using the No. 23 pick to be able to add a guard prospect to get in the player development pipeline would be a logical choice for Utah to do.

24. Milwaukee Bucks — Aleksej Pokusevski, F, Serbia

A deep team in win-now mode could benefit from adding a high upside talent that can sit and develop. The ball handling ability at 7-feet that Aleksej Pokusevski brings to the table would be something fascinating for Milwaukee to add to their team.

25. Oklahoma City Thunder — Isaiah Joe, G, Arkansas

The focus for the Thunder will be to build around Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and with that will come a need for more shooting. A guard like Isaiah Joe has real ‘3-and-D’ upside as he has great agility and a lengthy wingspan (6-foot-10) in addition to impressive perimeter shooting.
