The Los Angeles Lakers are fresh off of winning the NBA Finals over the Miami Heat and both LeBron James and Anthony Davis are expected back for next season. Now, the franchise will look to add even more talent to the roster. Could Washington Wizards star shooting guard Bradley Beal be a fit?
Beal is expected to be available at the right price once again this offseason. While the Wizards have not pulled the trigger on a trade involving him, they will listen to offers.
During the 2019-20 NBA season with the Wizards, Beal ended up averaging 30.5 points per game to go along with 6.1 assists and 4.2 rebounds. He shot 45.5 percent from the floor and knocked down 35.3 percent from the three-point line. Those numbers would look good for the Lakers.
To add talent around James and Davis, the Lakers need to make sure it fits. Beal brings perimeter shooting, which is the number one need for L.A.
All of that being said, let’s dive in and take a look at a potential trade that would send Bradley Beal from the Wizards to the Lakers this offseason.
