The Indiana Pacers could see big changes this offseason, as potentially Victor Oladipo and Myles Turner could both be traded.
If Oladipo in particular is traded, Gary Harris could be a serviceable replacement.
Ironically, the Pacers turned down a trade with the Denver Nuggets that would’ve brought Harris to Indiana back in 2017. However, the stakes were much higher than Harris’ current value likely warrants.
In 2017, a three-team deal was nearly completed which would’ve sent Paul George from Indiana to Cleveland, Kevin Love from Cleveland to Denver, and Harris from Denver to the Indiana.
Indiana backed out of that deal, but this time around, they wouldn’t have to part with George to acquire Harris.
