This Pacers-Thunder trade would send Domantas Sabonis back to OKC

The Indiana Pacers and Oklahoma City Thunder both are two teams that could be headed for some substantial roster changes this offseason. While Chris Paul is often included in rumors, could a lesser discussed name like Domantas Sabonis find himself on the move, too?

Still, the Pacers have yet to make a decision regarding who they will hire to fill their head coaching vacancy. It’s quite possible they’re waiting for the Miami Heat to finish so they can interview one of their assistant coaches.

Whenever a decision is made for the Pacers, they will then have to make determinations about where to go with their current roster. Victor Oladipo could be on the move, but so could one of Indiana’s big men between Sabonis and Myles Turner.

Meanwhile, the Thunder will look to rebuild during the offseason and already have Shai Gilgeous-Alexander ready to shoulder a heavier load. Oklahoma City will need to find young talents to formulate a core around Gilgeous-Alexander.

Let’s take a look at a trade between the Indiana Pacers and Oklahoma City Thunder that would send Domantas Sabonis back to where his NBA career began.
