NBA Trade Candidate No. 1 – Bradley Beal, Washington Wizards

The Washington Wizards have tried to contend with Bradley Beal and John Wall for the majority of the past decade.

Beal has been critical of the organization in the past, and with Wall’s injury history, it may be time to break up the band.

Also, in the never-ending cycle of rumors, fans are dreaming of Beal landing in Los Angeles after he recently purchased a new home in LA’s Venice neighborhood, according to Variety.

Whether Beal is sending the Wizards a message or simply adding to his real estate portfolio, his name will continue to come up in rumors, thanks in large part to his contract status.

Beal can be a free agent after the 2021 season, when he’d be free to go to either Los Angeles team, or anywhere else for that matter.

If the Wizards have an inkling that Beal will depart via free agency, they should try to trade him while they can, before he has the chance to leave as a free agent.
