The Philadelphia 76ers will head down to Orlando for the NBA resumption with hopes of bringing a championship back to the City of Brotherly Love. Before the NBA hiatus, the 76ers were locked in a struggle within themselves.

The 76ers limped their way to a 39-26 record before the break thanks in large part to inconsistency, injuries, and chemistry issues. During the All-Star break, there were rumors that Elton Brand was thinking about moving either Joel Embiid or Ben Simmons to fix what was ailing his team.

Before the season started, the team was mentioned as possibly the main threat to come out of the Eastern Conference. But what’s on paper never materialized to success on the floor. Have the 76ers figured out their lingering issues while on hiatus?

The talent is there to challenge the Milwaukee Bucks, Los Angeles Lakers and any team favored to win the title in 2020. All the 76ers must do is figure out how to get on the same page. It begins with the coaching of Brett Brown and trickles down to their young stars Embiid and Simmons.
